Each Visit Includes the Following Services

Exterior of Home

  • Walk of the perimeter checking for damage or vandalism
  • Gates, garage door, doors and windows checked
  • Mail Checked
  • Newspapers, flyers and packages removed
  • Landscaping checked for general appearance and issues, timer checked
  • Check for signs of pest infestation
  • Water valve checked and position recorded
  • Visual check of A/C equipment
  • Visual inspection of roof and gutters from ground level
  • Pool/Spa checked
    • Pool cleanliness, water level and appearance checked
    • Pump/filter checked for any visible leaks/noises, timer checked
    • Skimmer checked for debris and water flow
  • Other buildings or structures, porches, lanais, patio areas (ceiling, walls, floors, screening)

Interior of Home

  • Security system status checked
  • Ceilings, walls and floors checked for abnormal conditions
  • Unusual odors or sounds noted
  • Thermostat settings (76-78°) and current conditions recorded
  • Humidistat settings (50-55%) recorded
  • Air filters checked
  • Doors and windows locked and checked for moisture
  • Signs of pest infestation noted
  • Water heater checked
  • Electrical breaker panels checked
  • All faucets run and toilets flushed
  • Garbage/sink disposal tested
  • Refrigerator, icemaker and ice bin checked

After each visit Always There Home Watch will provide you with a detailed report outlining the services provided via email. We will also include pictures or notes of any potential problems that have arisen.

Standard visual inspection fees are paid by the 1st of each month for that month. Additional services and fees incurred during said month will be due the next invoice, payment in full. CLIENT may pay invoices for services, fees and expenses by check, bank wire transfer; Cash App, Venmo, or you can pay by credit card with Square (a 3.5% service fee applies).
